How your score works
Each response becomes 0, 25, 50, 75, or 100 drift points, reversing the direction for statements that reflect intentional choices. We average each dimension, then weight alignment at 30%, inertia at 25%, outside influence at 20%, intentionality at 15%, and agency at 10%.
The rounded total sets your result: 0–24 Living Intentionally; 25–44 Subtle Drift; 45–69 At the Crossroads; 70–100 Living by Default. These are editorial reflection ranges, not clinically validated cutoffs.
Your reflection questions draw from your two highest drift dimensions. Ties use the dimension weights. The supportive dimension scores above are 100 minus each dimension’s drift score.
